Freeze drying, its known as Lyophilisation, this is a premium technology used for dehydration where the original texture, aroma, flavour and nutritional values of the products are retained as naturally they are. It is mostly used to preserve a perishable food and make it more convenient for transport.

I have now tried the freeze-dried corn and am quite pleased with it also. I’ve tried two other brands which I was not happy with. Chow is not too tough and not too sweet. Very close to fresh. I will be ordered more of it in the future. Thank you for another wonderful product.

Love this stuff, it is great adventure food, not just emergency food for disasters and such. We can carry so much more into the back country, and serve up diverse and tasty meals to please everyone.

These all came very well packaged, and they are huge! I decided to order these as they were a great deal, and something we could use in case of an emergency situation. Because I bought them for that purpose, I haven’t opened them. I want to be able to use them if they were needed.

These are SO good!!!! I’m munching them as I write this. They very crisp and tangy. Yes, they are the same ones you get in this, only there is MORE, lol, and bigger slices! So go buy the regular box, put a handful of these in (which would probably be more than the total amount they put into their boxes) and have the best breakfast ever!!!.
